About negative stress

You behave and take life like it would be a constant battle or a dangerous situation. At the moment your stress level past a certain threshold, it becomes negative for you (you become so agitated during an exam or a work interview, so you are not able to recollect yourself). Long-term stress may lead to health problems. Negative stress may be reflected differently in persons – one develops migraines, the other has problems with their back and neck, third starts to feel pain in their stomach and the fourth one develops high blood pressure.

Being stressed may also lead to greater appetite or to the loss of appetite.
