About your two world

Observation and self-observation.

When you observe, your attention is directed to the outer world. You focus on a particular object.

But if you want to change your inner world, you can’t do it through an external observation. Inner changes can only be made when you turn your attention inward.

So, you find yourself in two worlds – the outer world, which can sometimes seem scary, and your inner world, which you often do not even know.

All your thoughts, emotions and feelings are states in your inner world. In your inner world, you hope, love, hate, feel disappointed or triumphant.

This is your secret world, and if you do not want to share it, no one will become aware of it.

The outside world is visible. You learn to interact and behave in it. And while you learn the habits and practices in the outer world, you also need to learn about your inner world.
