About the inner voice
Your inner voice that is your image of yourself almost always passes self-righteous judgments on you.
You often worry about what other people think about you. You fear that they think you are shy, deceitful and fake. This kind of worrying just robs you of a lot of energy. But at the same time, if you think too much of yourself, it could have severe consequences.
If you do not identify yourself with your selves, you will not become self-centred. Self-centeredness may cause hostility also towards the people, who have not harmed you in any way. You might start blaming others for no reason and pity your own situation.
If you feel daily that people owe you or do you wrong, nothing is able to change inside of you.
Do not let yourself be ruled by negative feelings, such as revenge and envy. If you get stuck in negative feelings, you will be stuck in your past and you cannot change the level of your being.
