About routine.

If you are asking what routine is, then you will immediately be reminded of something negative, boring and tedious.

You are constantly doing the same activities and it will become a routine for you. Your life is boring, but you take comfort in the fact that your life does not have any uncertainties. You actually do not even want to step out of your comfort zone.

Routine activities can either be positive or negative.

In some cases, it is beneficial and necessary to knowingly create a routine, for example a certain daily schedule and also comply with it.

You are doing your routine activities and at some point you might say that these routine activities have become a habit for you.

If a person is a creature of habit, then he/she could make the decision to be a creature of a positive routine.
