and others. Often you are ready and able to take of others more than yourself,
to love others more than yourself. If you do not know how to value yourself,
then you will face difficulties valuing others as well.
You are a good helper and giver, but you have problems accepting help from others.
Often you don’t want to admit what you really need.
All our activities must be well-balanced. How can you give to others, help others, if your own needs are not met. If you forget to balance your activities, you will be immediately reminded of this – through your body.
