Having trust in yourself and being self-confident are very important factors. It’s difficult to be self-confident if you think you’re less important than you really are, or if you treat yourself as less valuable than you really are.
You keep saying, “I'm foolish. I'm ugly. I'm worthless.”
What You believe in and what You say to yourself, whether in a loud voice or only in your head, it affects your feelings and self-assurance.
Adequate self-esteem is a belief that you are as worthy as anyone, at the same time not better than others. You know who you are, you know your worth. But you also realize we all have a lot to learn and we’re all connected. There’s no point in being arrogant or lofty, thinking you’re better or more important than others.
I'm worthy!
