About mirror and about image

I have recently talked to a nice person about a mirror and about looking at my mirror image. To my surprise, she noticed that while she looked in the mirror every day, she did not look at himself. She is engaged in habitual everyday activities – combing her hair, applying make-up, but for long she has not looked into her eyes.
You’ve forgotten how, as a small child, looking into the mirror made you happy and how you loved it. Where is all that joy and playfulness?
As you grow, you try to adapt to the world around you, try to give yourself assessments following someone’s mind. In an effort to win someone’s approval or appreciation, you are just getting the mask that fits a situation. This way, you wear a mask every day, you forget yourself and when you look in the mirror, you see yourself distorted by the assessments. You’ve forgotten what an endearing creature you really are.
Look in the mirror into your eyes and confirm to yourself:
I’m beautiful
I’m good
I’m smart
I’m skilful
I’m important
I deserve to be loved
Tell yourself everything you want to hear and what you have forgotten or what you started to doubt.
