There are different kinds of beliefs.
There are beliefs in your life that will help you to get on with your life, but there are also beliefs that obstruct your progress and development without realizing.
Some beliefs do not have a direct connection with you. These are beliefs that are considered to be true in the family or in society. If these beliefs are not true for you, you simply decide to believe differently.
Restrictive beliefs can be something you are not particularly happy about. Restrictive beliefs are accompanied by words - never, no one, there is no right, I must, I can not. Restrictive beliefs reduce your strength and faith in coping with situations and overcoming difficulties. You feel lonely and unhappy.
But useful beliefs give you strength and faith in yourself and in other people. With the help of useful beliefs, you will cope better with difficult situations, know how to build relationships and maintain them, succeed in your endeavors, and learn to enjoy life.
