About promises

On the New Year's Eve is usually time when people make promises for the coming year, and even though the New Year seems mountains and seas away, we're talking about promises that are often broken.
You promise that in the New Year you will start exercising weekly, eat healthy, be friendlier - kinder, visit or call your parents more often.
In fact, all of these activities should be self-evident, rather than being given special attention at the end of the year.
Going to the gym - it doesn't just mean going to the gym once and then you train yourself to strips. Start with light walking. An evening or over evening walking in nature combines exercise and fresh air.
For healthy eating - you don't need that much. Give up fast food. More vegetables and fruits and homemade meat - chicken - fish. When you cook yourself, you always know what the food contains.
To be friendly and kind - it should be in the nature of every person. Treat other people the way you want to be treated. Do you like being yelled at, insulted, humiliated, belittled? So why do you act like that with other people?
Our parents are our backround, our fortress. Let's take care and protect our fortresses.
