A situation or event may not be bad, because it depends on the meaning you give to the situation. If you focus on the bad and the failure, you are already programming yourself for failure.
And then it happens.
Often your greatest fears come true.
“Time heals our wounds”, but if you go back to the past again and again, you are pulling yourself back. Control your past fears and do not become a victim of past events.
If you focus too much on the past, it will be difficult for you to move forward. Make it clear to yourself what is best for you in this situation and do not let the situation control you, but be the master of the situation yourself.
You have one life, one body, take care of them and do not let anger and irritation destroy them.
