Begin by analysing the current moment you are in – your behaviour and interactions.

Observe what you are thinking of right now, if and how this impacts your behaviour.

Observe your feelings. What are your emotions like?

What is the reason for feeling the way you are feeling? Be ready to experience and endure new feelings.

Observe your body, how you are physically feeling, what are you experiencing. Acknowledge the physical feelings you have in your body. Allow these to be exactly as they are. Eating healthy, sleeping properly and moving enough, your body will feel in balance, this makes it easier to deal with complicated thoughts and situations.

Observe your behaviour. Try to judge and direct the consequences of your behaviour.
