About addiction

Thinking is also a kind of addiction. You constantly worry, shudder, consider the surroundings, analyze, fear of being late or not becoming aware of any information, give assessments.
You are often afraid to be with yourself.
You are afraid of silence, loneliness, you are afraid of the thoughts and feelings that silence and being alone can bring up. Of course, you need to keep up with the time and information, but you have to make choices about the information for yourself.
Ask yourself - how is this information useful to me and how can I use it for myself.
Negative information and assessments are also necessary, but you should not identify with them and stick on with them.
Real life will still takes place here and now.
Don't live in the past, but take useful lessons from it for to make the present and the future better.
